Welcome Friends,
I know that as a mother to
five boys, choosing the
products I support and use
is really important to me.
So I wanted to take a minute
to tell you about myself,
and our unique line of
isotonic vaginal dryness
relief products (Pre~Seed
Intimate Moisturizer and
Pre’ Personal Lubricant).
For 20
years I was funded as a
Scientist, by the National
Institutes of Health to
study male infertility and
sperm health. This research
led to my receiving the very
prestigious international
Young Andrologist Award in
2003. A true honor, in part
because it is chosen by
fellow Scientists.
During these studies, I saw
how fertility problems often
negatively impacted a
couple’s intimate
relationship, leading to
increased vaginal dryness
and discomfort. Although I
knew lubricants harmed
sperm, I hated telling
couples that there was
really nothing “safe” for
them to use while trying to
conceive. This is because
other lubricants have pH and
ion concentrations (osmolality
or tonicity), that are
outside the safe range for
sperm cells. This lack of
balance also makes many of
these products irritating
and in some cases drying to
vaginal tissues.
So I
spent 8 years developing our
unique formulation (used in
Pre~Seed®
and Pre’) to provide
moisture without harming
sperm. This work led to
development of several
patents on the use of the
plant antioxidant
“arabinogalactan” to support
cell health (including for
sperm). The
final resulting formulations
are isotonic and pH balanced
to semen and fertile
cervical mucus.
Recently, we have been very
fortunate, to have had
published several
independent studies showing
that our products are the
only ones tested that don’t
harm sperm, or cause tissue
irritation, as compared to
the leading lubricants.
On a
personal note, I understand
many of the issues in
choosing a lubricant. When I
was younger I had pelvic
pain which interfered with
intimacy, but whenever I
used lubricants, I became
even more irritated. Now I
realize this was because
these products were not
isotonic. In my late 30’s, I
had to work very hard to
conceive one of my boys. I
got to experience first hand
how timed intercourse on
specific days could
interfere with your natural
moisture, and what it was
like to have no product we
could use without harming
sperm. Finally, I am now
discovering the day to day
discomfort of dryness as a
maturing woman. Of course, I
remain very sensitive to
products other than our own,
as I recently found out when
we went on vacation and
forgot our stash!
Our family owned company is
